We are seeking agricultural workers and/or tractor drivers to join a stimulating and expanding environment, focused on the development of agribusiness through innovation, particularly in digital agriculture.

MAIN TASKS:
Ability to perform all typical arable crop operations, from soil preparation to harvesting.
Proficiency in carrying out typical manual vineyard tasks: pruning, tying, and harvesting.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ability to perform basic workshop operations: welding, oil and filter changes.
Knowledge of precision agriculture, including the ability to use and manage digital tools.
Proficiency in the use of tractors and agricultural machinery.

MAIN TASKS:
Supervision of agricultural activities in the field and management of work teams
Coordination and management of the multi-year crop plan
Collection and management of field data through computer support
Management of suppliers, customers, and agricultural institutional entities.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Excellent team collaboration skills with the ability to manage people and independently organize work.
Good computer knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong initiative with the goal of developing skills aimed at the company’s growth.
